I designed the logo for the event with the intention of being able to update the "odometer" each year, but otherwise keeping the logo consistent. A vertical and a horizontal version were created for various needs. Future collateral elements would be changed each year based on the theme. Below is an example of another collateral piece, the save the date, which mimics an old hotel sign but with the same colors that were used throughout all of the other collateral.

The event dinner had colors and imagery to mimic the feeling of an old fashioned diner, including a logo made special for the "diner" and a coordinating menu. I created a caricature of the executive director for the diner logo, as the diner was a tribute to him. Two versions of the logo were created: one to be used with the menu (designed by me) and an alternate to be used on stickers that were placed on paper diner hats. All of the items added to the ambiance of the event.
