The Bailey Foundation believes in creating a community that will encourage the power children hold, to guarantee they will mold future generations to come. They provide children and their families with educational programs, food and nutrition support, and leadership initiatives to ensure they have a strong healthy community to thrive in. They choose to be proactive in their development instead of reactive. I spent a number of months working with co-founder Diarra Warford to layout the impact that the foundation has had on the community since June 2020.
This was the inaugural impact report for The Bailey Foundation, which meant that we needed to take a deep-dive into the full depth of the organization and find the voice that would tell the right story. I offered consultation on how to present the foundation's programs and impact to successfully provide clarity and transparency to funders, stakeholders, and interested community. Throughout the process we focused on principles of successful impact reporting including clarity, accessibility, transparency, accountability, verifiability, and proportionality. The finished report successfully addresses need, activity, outcomes, evidence, and lessons learned. You can view the full report on The Bailey Foundation website.

To announce the inaugural report, I designed a postcard announcement and a self-mailer with a sneak peek of the impact report. The self-mailer is pictured below.
